What is CBB?

The Cattle Baron’s Ball is the American Cancer Society’s signature western themed event with more than 50 Cattle Baron events nationwide. SW Florida’s Cattle Baron’s Ball is celebrating its platinum anniversary (20 years) in Lee County. With your support, the American Cancer Society will help end cancer, as we know it, for everyone.

What should I wear?

This is a “Cowboy Chic” affair so bring your platinum best! Wear your favorite Western attire.

For the ladies, boots and dresses abound and gentlemen often opt for boots, jeans, and pearl snap shirts.  Part of our cocktail hour is outside but the majority of the event takes place indoors.

What should I expect at Cattle Baron’s Ball?

Where should I park?

The Hyatt Regency Coconut Point is offering complimentary self-parking for all guests.  Valet and overnight parking are available at the guest’s expense.

 

Can I find out about live and silent auction items before the event?

Yes! You will have an opportunity to pre-register for mobile bidding and begin bidding before the event begins! Guests will receive an email with instructions to begin bidding early.

My company will match charitable donations.  How does that work?

Contact your company’s Human Resources department to inquire about any matching programs offered. Once your company has matched your donation, please let us know so we can ensure your matching gift is credited to the 2024 Lee County Cattle Baron’s Ball.

What should I bring to the event?

A smile and your dancing shoes! We recommend you pre-register for the event to make check-in easier. Your credit card will be placed on file for any purchases you make throughout the evening. We have incredible live and silent auction items for you to bid on. You can also enjoy participating in our axe throwing, jewelry heist and more!
